Welcome to the UAJ

Welcome to the Utah Association for Justice (UAJ), a non-profit organization with the mission "to Preserve Justice and Accountability". The UAJ is an association of trial attorneys in Utah who fight to preserve and protect the legal rights of the individual. For nearly 50 years, the members of the UAJ have advocated for the rights of individuals by promoting safer products, standing up for workers' rights and fighting discrimination, ensuring access to quality health care, and providing quality representation to those who are injured through no fault of their own. The UAJ champions access to justice and the constitutional right to trial by jury, as dictated by the 7th Amendment.

·   UAJ Young Lawyers Division Meetings, including the popular “Lunch and Learn” workshops

·   UAJ New Lawyers ListServ, where new attorneys can ask questions, exchange information, and take advantage of networking opportunities

·   Mentoring program, in which top Utah trial attorneys can help new lawyers navigate through the early stages of their careers

Not yet a UAJ member? Membership starts at just $110/year for new attorneys (0-3 years in practice). Jumpstart your career and find out why over 400 Utah attorneys are so committed to our organization year after year.
