Barker and Video Recording of Insurance Medical Examinations:  The latest ruling from the Appeals Board

The Labor Commission and Appeals Board in Barker established a standard for the Respondent’s to meet to deny video recording.  The Appeals Board is now walking that back and has put the burden on the Petitioner.  Oregon K. Hunter, M.D. (with Dorothy Clay Sims’ office) will also appear by Zoom during this presentation and will tell you why you want to fight for video recordings of these examinations.
