We will explore the Utah Supreme Court's pending proposed regulatory reforms to the Rules of Professional Conduct, including proposed rules allowing nonlawyer ownership of legal service/product providers, referral fees and advertising.

We will review the ABA model rules concerning online marketing that were adopted in August of 2018 by the ABA. Each change will be reviewed on how it affects what is permissible or impermissible for online marketing.
