Your client’s simple auto accident or worker’s comp case could include a product liability claim Do you know what to look for to determine when your client’s injury may have been the result of a product defect?  This program will cover the types of plaintiff’s claims that might include a product defect case (work comp, simple auto accident, etc.), a breakdown of specific auto product defects attorneys should look for, and a look at simple consumer products that possess unknown defects. You will learn to identify product defects in the work environment that contribute to workplace injuries. The speakers will also cover best practices for litigating the product liability case once you've identified it.
