This one day seminar is designed to help both the lawyer handling a personal injury case for the first time and the experienced practitioner.  Topics include  discovery , mediation, settlement, and trial strategies,  a case study from a recent $14.5 million dollar jury trial , and primers  on evidence, product liability and bad faith law. As an added bonus , bring your real case problems to the seminar--- during the last hour, the faculty will discuss your case and offer their suggestions and solutions.
